Please have each of the field service groups organize themselves as though they are going on a picnic.
Food to include meat, noodles, vegetables, dumplings, salads, desserts, fruits, drinks, hot water, tea.
Please also remember to bring extra chairs, table clothes, portable tables, blankets, towels, etc
Bring a portable camp or propane gas stove
We need also paper plates, napkins, forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks, serving forks and spoons.
Please bring some bottled water.
